5mm coroplast sheets are our regular boards. Coroplast sheets (also known as Corrugated Plastic Cardboard, Corflute boards, Cartonplast, Fluteboard, Polyflute sheets) are 2 outside flat plastic sheets separated by small plastic beams running perpendicular to them. Manufactured from 100% virgin high-density polypropylene material, resulting in better quality, stronger, more durable, more vibrant colors than recycled partly recycled corrugated plastic sheets. Available in a variety of colors and all standard  custom sizes.

• Weight: From 800g/m2 to 1500g/m2 (800g/m2 means a 1000mm x 1000mm panel weighs 800 grams)

• Standard Size: 1220mmx2440mm (4×8 corflute sheets) or as customer‘s request

• Grade: Ordinary, Corona treated, Anti-static/ESD, Conductive, UV stabilized, Fire rated

• Packing: PE film or as customers’ requirements

• Color: White/blank, blue, black, grey, red, orange, or customized (Black and white are most popular)
